Bert
I had a lovely stay in Sonoma. The lush grounds made for a beautiful backdrop, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—definitely the best I've ever slept on. I would absolutely choose this spot again!

Liked the continental breakfast;))

The room I stayed in was quite disappointing. The bed was uncomfortable, making it hard to get a decent night's sleep. The walls were thin, allowing me to hear every conversation and step from the neighbors. WiFi connection was poor, which compounded the frustration. The room had an unpleasant smell that lingered throughout my stay. While the bathroom tiles were colorful, the cleanliness left something to be desired. I appreciated the cozy lobby and 24-hour coffee, but the room experience overshadowed it all. It's a shame because I had a pleasant stay three years ago.

The continental breakfast was a bonus. Central location very close to Sonoma town center, Napa and Sonoma and beautiful grounds, it was in a very nice area. Besides, a historic house was 2 km away from the property.
Well, Wi-Fi was horrible.

Charming stay with attentive service
El Pueblo Inn offers a delightful experience with friendly staff, especially Dan at check-in. The clean grounds and cozy rooms, complete with a fireplace and private patio, make it a perfect retreat. The breakfast selection is satisfying, and the pool area is a serene oasis.

Everything was great, the hotel was gorgeous and clean, had easy check-in with helpful staff. Late check out was easy, had accommodating employees. The continental breakfast included cereals and fruit, but we were in a hurry and didn't try all the menu.

The grounds are a standout feature. Lush gardens and a 24-hour pool and hot tub create a relaxing environment. Check-in was seamless, and the room was spotlessly clean. The colorful bathroom tiling was a nice touch, and the thoughtful products elevated the experience. the bed lacked support and was excessively soft. Wi-Fi was weak, and thin walls allowed too much noise from neighbors. The desk chair was uncomfortable, and the lack of an elevator is inconvenient. Minor annoyances include no daily cleaning and a need for a workout bench. Despite these areas needing attention, the value, location, and amenities remain commendable. Just room for improvement.

We liked hotel's staff and rooms.

I was really disappointed with the room. It was dark and felt cramped, like a cheap motel. The air conditioner was right by the bathroom, blasting cold air whenever I tried to get to the closet. Definitely not worth the price!
